Dr. Cook completed his dental education at The Ohio State University. Following a one-year facial trauma focused residency at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, he fulfilled his four-year residency requirement in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. This included six-month rotations in medicine, anesthesia, and plastic and reconstructive surgery. Following two years of private practice in Massachusetts, he and his wife returned to the Columbus area.
Although he enjoys all aspects of oral surgery, he is particularly focused on dental implant and reconstructive jaw surgery. He has special expertise in the surgical and anesthetic management of diabetic patients. When needed, he also volunteers his surgical skills at the Columbus Zoo.
Dr. Cook and his wife live in Worthington, have three grown children, and enjoy traveling, skiing, bike riding, golfing and playing tennis.

Dr. Byron Henry is passionate about Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He enjoys practicing the full scope of this specialty, yet has a particular interest in orthognathic surgery, implant reconstructive surgery and cleft lip
and palate repair.
Dr. Henry attended dental school at The Ohio State University and completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at the Indiana University medical Center. He continued his surgical training by completing a one year Fellowship in Pediatric Cleft and Craniofacial Surgery at Oklahoma University Health and Science Center. This fellowship allowed Dr. Henry to enhance his training in cleft lip and palate and craniofacial surgery, including orthognathic surgery. He is the only Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon in the Columbus area who has completed this type of training and his hope is to use this comprehensive blend of training to bring the absolute best care for patients in the Columbus area.
Dr. Henry and his wife, Stacy, founded the Free to Smile Foundation in 2008. This organization is a non-profit that provides free cleft lip and
palate reconstruction to the underprivileged around the world. The Free to Smile Foundation services multiple sites worldwide, giving these underserved children a chance to lead a better life. Dr. Henry is proud of the Free to Smile Foundation and all it has done to leave the world a better place. Dr. Henry has participated in over 50 missions over nearly two decades and has no plans to slow down soon!
When he is not in the office or overseas, he enjoys every moment spent with his wife and two children. He is a tea enthusiast, and enjoys the outdoors and health and fitness activities.

Dr. Kennedy was born and raised in the Toledo area and attended Texas A&M University for his undergraduate degree. He completed his dental education at The Ohio State University and went on to fulfill his four-year residency requirement in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. His specific areas of interest include the treatment of facial trauma, Orthognathic (jaw) Surgery and Dental Implantology.
Dr. Kennedy lives in Upper Arlington with his son, and enjoys running, golf and spending time with lifelong friends. He also helps with the Free to Smile Foundation’s mission to provide oral surgery for children in third world countries.

Dr. Brady Burton is a board-certified Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon. He is well qualified to provide comprehensive oral and maxillofacial care for the full scope of oral and facial conditions. His particular areas of interest include Orthognathic jaw surgery, dental implantology, and dentoalveolar surgery, and facial trauma.
After attending Denison University for his undergraduate studies, Dr. Burton completed both his dental degree and medical degree at Case Western Reserve University. He completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery at University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio. During Dr. Burton’s residency, he also completed a one-year internship in general surgery, centered at two level 1 trauma centers.
Dr. Burton has strong roots in central Ohio being born and raised in Dublin, Ohio where he currently lives with his wife, Rachel, and their growing family. In his spare time, Dr. Burton enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends.
